Q: What standards does the program use?
A: The program can be configured to use most
standards of practice. It exceeds the following standards of practice ASHI,
CAHPI, CREIA,
NAHI, NACHI, AII and produces a full or partial narrative report.
Q: Will the program produce a North Carolina Compliant Report?
A: The program can be configured to create a NC
compliant report with header and footer and summary etc.
Q: Can I add my own comments?
A: Yes. INSPECTEXPRESS™ lets you add and save comments so they are
available next time you use the program as well as allowing full customization of the
interface (forms). Just right click the checkboxes and
dropdowns to edit.

The main program runs in the full version of Microsoft Word
97/2000/2003 or
later. The main program will run on Tablet PC, Pen
Tablet, Laptop and Desktop computers with a full operating
system.
Q: Does the program have a section for a
summary?
A: The program can add a summary if needed. Some inspectors prefer to
have a summary that owners, agents and banks can quickly turn to and find the section or
sections that have problems. The summary can be either created
automatically or manually according to the inspector's preferences.
Whatever method you choose, the program is flexible enough to meet your needs.

Q: What equipment do I need to create reports
on site?
A: A laptop, pen tablet or tablet PC computer, (digital camera
optional if you want to include pictures), a good quality printer (capable of 360 dpi or
better) and a cerlox binder (optional see pic) are all that is required to complete reports at
the inspection site. A Pocket PC running Windows
CE.
Q: What materials are suggested?
A: The materials below can be purchased at most office supply stores.
1. Cerlox combs (binding hinge) 1/4" or 5/16" or a 3
hole punch style and binders.
2. Inkjet photo paper (heavy stock used as front report cover)
3. High quality inkjet printer paper
4. Heavy stock (used as back of report cover)
5. Envelopes large enough to accept binding as well as paper
