Styles:
Main Default Font: This is the font that is used for writing the body of the report (descriptions and observations) and the summary report if used.
Section Disclaimer Font: If using the section disclaimer, this is the font that is used. This font is also used for writing the general disclaimer, also known as the 'Purpose and Scope' section.
Footnote Text Font: When using the 'partial narrative' report style, and additional font setting is available for writing related footnotes for selected component descriptions.
Footnote Reference Font: When using the 'partial narrative' report style, and additional font setting is available for writing reference numbers to the footnotes.
Heading 1 Font: The font style for the report section titles (Roof System, Summary of Deficiencies etc.). If you wish the heading to be numbered, select a numbering style or 'NONE' to turn off the heading numbering.
Heading 2 Font: The font style for any 'Heading 2' style. This includes the report sections within the Summary report and the Title Sub Heading when writing reports in partial narrative mode (see Configuring the Selection Boxes for Partial Narrative Mode for more info on this topic).
Subheading Font: The font style for the report subheadings.
Highlight:
Different styles and captions are available for highlighting observations in the report. See Highlight Settings or Highlighting Comments and Defects for more information on this topic.
Line Below Section Titles: Choose to use a horizontal line under main ('Heading 1') headings. The color and weight of the line can be chosen to match the section titles. (*Word 2000 or later only.)
Section Page Breaks: Add a page break between each report section (Roof, Exterior etc.)
Indent Report Body: Add an indent (1/2 in.) to the body text of the report.
Empty Space Below Heading: Add an extra empty line below report section titles.
Empty Space Below Line: Add an extra empty line below the horizontal lines under report section titles.
Observation Numbering: Choose a style (or 'None') for numbering observations (comments) in each report section.
